How it works
1 · Pay and complete your intake. Ten minutes of questions about you, your parents, and the documents you already have.
2 · We review and call you. Within one business day you get your case review: what you have, what's missing, and the plan. Full refund any time before this step — after we start working your case, the fee is earned.
3 · We prepare everything. Checklist, fixes, missing documents — until your packet is appointment-ready.
4 · Your appointment. You attend your consulate appointment with a complete packet and us on WhatsApp. The consulate issues your Mexican birth certificate — from there, CURP and passport are downhill.

Why charge $495 when I could do this myself for free?
You absolutely can — our free checker and guide exist for exactly that. The fee buys preparation and certainty: a reviewed packet, mismatches fixed before they cost you the appointment, and someone in your corner in English. Families who've lost a consulate slot to one wrong document understand the math immediately.
What if it turns out I'm not eligible?
The eligibility review comes first. If we review your case and birthright registration isn't available to you, we tell you plainly, explain what paths remain (like a parent registering first), and refund you in full — we hadn't earned the fee.
Can you book the consulate appointment for me?
MiConsulado appointments belong to you personally, so the booking happens in your name — with us guiding exactly how, when and where (some consulates release slots at specific times). What we don't do is sell appointment slots; nobody legitimate does.
How long does the whole thing take?
Case prep typically takes days to a few weeks depending on what documents your family already has. The appointment wait depends entirely on your consulate — that part nobody controls, and anyone promising otherwise is lying to you. What we guarantee is that when your date comes, your packet is ready.
Is the payment refundable?
Fully refundable any time before we start working your case (step 2). Once the review and preparation begin, the work has been done and the fee is earned — that's also why we don't start until your intake is in.
What about my kids — can they get it too?
Once YOU register and hold Mexican nationality, you can generally transmit it to your children the same way. Many families do this in generational order for exactly that reason. Ask us about family pricing — siblings share most of the underlying documents.
