For families with roots in Jalisco & Nayarit
Build your house in Mexico — without getting burned.
You live in the US. The land — or the dream — is back home. AMOLDE verifies the land's documents before you spend a dollar, builds model homes at closed prices, and releases every construction payment against photo evidence you approve from wherever you live.
The journey, in the right order
1 · Your papers. If your mother or father is Mexican, you likely already have a constitutional right to Mexican nationality — which means direct title anywhere in Mexico (even the coast, no bank trust) and a far simpler inheritance of family land. Check your eligibility free — or have us handle the whole case for $495.
2 · The land. Before money moves, the lot's documents get read: deed, registry, liens, taxes, ejidal status, pending inheritances. Our Land Study starts with a $200 USD document review with a written verdict — if the lot fails, you stop there and never pay the rest.
3 · The build. Model homes with closed prices, adapted to your lot. A fixed-price contract, a municipal construction license filed before work starts, and payments released only against photographed milestones. Half of what you pay for studies credits toward your build.
What we do
Citizenship Concierge. You're likely already Mexican by birthright — we prepare your consular registration case end to end: documents, name-mismatch fixes, appointment guidance. $495 flat. How it works.
Land Study. Document review ($200 USD) and, only if the papers pass, the full study: notario verification, an architect's site visit, and a fixed construction quote. See a sample study — delivered in Spanish, the language of your deed and your notario.
Land Search. Don't have a lot yet? We find and verify options in Jalisco and Nayarit and walk you to a safe purchase — including the consular power of attorney so you never have to travel to sign.
Construction. Model homes at closed prices in greater Guadalajara and the Tepic region, built under contract with milestone payments. Browse the models (Spanish — the 3D viewer speaks every language).
